SOHO
The end user logs in online to a business system hosted by transact101. Afresh Business Services provides bookkeeping and secretarial services for this end user, who typically is a very small company and often on the road.
SME
The end user logs in online to a business system hosted by transact101. Bookkeeping is done on site by an employee of the end user, but bookkeeping controls are affected by Afresh Business Services.
Trader
Here the end user typically is a larger site of 6 and more users. The customer hosts its own HansaWorld Business Software and the Afresh Business Service logs in online to the customers site to do the bookkeeping controls, VAT returns etc.
