Covers the methods and procedures of the operation of Afresh Business Services office and includes client management, client training, effective employee control, pricing, Afresh products and all procedures relating to the monthly servicing of your customers.
Computer/Technology
Involves the total operation of the Afresh proprietary-designed software, which includes client accounting, payroll record processing, data security and growth strategies. We also offer an introductory course on the HansaWorld Business Software as well as our hosted solutions.Marketing
Addresses the initial training and planning for opening your new office and covers the strategies for obtaining and keeping clients. This is designed to help new Afresh franchise owners develop effective marketing programs based on their own personal styles and individual strengths.
Your training doesn’t end in the classroom. Following your completion of the two weeks of training, a Afresh representative visits you in the field and continues your training through hands-on guidance. This includes helping you run your business on a daily basis, network with the local community, and build relationships to help you grow your client list.
